Make Your Gift Count All Year Long
Make an annual contribution to Positively Living and spread your gift throughout the year. Recurring gifts are easy on your budget; they also help us plan our budget by being able to count on your continuing support.
To set up your tax-deductible contribution on a schedule convenient for you–for example, weekly, monthly, bi-monthly, etc.–simply click here.
You are not required to set up an account when you make a donation or set up a scheduled contribution, but we strongly encourage you to do so. Having an account allows you to access your contribution history—donations and event registrations. In addition, if you set up a recurring gift and need to make any changes—new credit card information, for example—you can do so easily from your account.

Become an Advocate
Make an annual donation of $1,000 or more and become an Advocate for Positively Living. Donors who commit to an annual gift of $1,000 or more will receive two tickets to the Summer Swing, two tickets to a major donor appreciation party at Historic Middlebrook every December, and invitations to small gatherings in private homes throughout the year.
Become a Sustainer
Support Choice Health Network and Positively Living by giving to our Capital Campaign.
Positively Living was established in 1997 to assist in the care of those living with HIV and AIDS. In the years since, medications have become more effective and those living with the disease live longer, healthier lives. In response to these changes, Positively Living launched the Choice Health Network in 2017.
With the purchase and renovation of our new facility at 1925 Ailor Avenue, we will take our care beyond what we are able to accomplish today and make even greater strides towards our vision of a future of health, equity and hope.
