Participation Details

Agreement

As a Dining Out For Life participating restaurant, I agree to:

Donate the selected percentage of total gross food and beverage sales of all patrons for selected meals during Dining Out For Life on Thursday, June 27, 2024.
Allow Positively Living to use my restaurant's name in materials promoting Dining Out For Life.
Promote Dining Out For Life by displaying and/or distributing event materials a minimum of 2-3 weeks before the event.
Inform servers, managers, and other restaurant personnel about Dining Out For Life, so they can promote the event to diners and answer basic event questions (Optional training available).
Permit Positively Living to place a volunteer Ambassador or provide your own during participating meals during Dining Out For Life.
Send or deliver a check for the total contribution payable to Positively Living no later than July 31, 2024.

Positively Living will:

Produce, print and distribute high-quality promotional materials including posters and table tents.
Orchestrate a publicity campaign to promote Dining Out For Life in local media.
Provide online and print referral lists of participating restaurants for diners.
Showcase your restaurant name/logo on the Dining Out For Life and Positively Living & Choice Health Network websites.
Offer optional training to restaurant staff and answer questions about the event.
Provide periodic updates on Dining Out For Life during the campaign through email, social media and other platforms.
