Choice Health Network’s goal is to provide access to care, even when clients are experiencing transportation challenges or health issues that could make it unsafe to leave their homes. We accomplish this by connecting our providers face-to-face with our patients through a smart phone, tablet, or computer. The application is fully secure and HIPAA compliant, and even allows us to connect specialty equipment to achieve the best remote diagnosis and treatment.
